Chad Williams is a 2nd generation Master Electrician with 33 years of commercial and industrial experience in the trade. Chad has worked for 4 electrical contractors during his career, the smallest consisting of ten employees and the largest consisting of over one hundred employees. In addition to his electrical skills, Chad was also a Project Manager and Estimator prior to becoming a founding partner of Pro-Master Electric.
Bryan Johnson has been in the construction business his entire career with the formation of Wood Master Building Company in 1990 and the formation of Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC in 2006. Bryan successfully leveraged his design and building expertise into a very successful relationship with a major big box retailer, supplying and constructing outdoor garden structures, storage buildings, garages, patio covers and pavilions to customers across 18 states.
Shane Leath is a 1994 graduate of Texas A&M University becoming a Chief Operating Officer of Wood Master Building Company in 1995. Shane managed the daily operations of the business successfully guiding the company through its growth with a major big box retailer. Shane is also a founding partner in Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC a designer, manufacturer, and installer of outdoor living garden structures through a big box retailer across 18 states.
John Sanders is a 1984 graduate of Texas A&M University who spent the first 25 years of his career in the real estate finance, real estate investment and asset management industry. John also is a founding member of Lawn Master Outdoor Living, LLC a designer, manufacturer, and installer of outdoor living garden structures through a big box retailer across 18 states.
Jeff Massey has over 20 years in the trade as a Journeyman electrician working for one of the largest electrical contractors in Texas. He joined the Pro-Master team in 2017 as Project Manager and Estimator. Since then, he has become our Lead Estimator overseeing the majority of our project and job procurement. Jeff was born and raised in the DFW area graduating from Midlothian High School in 1991. He served in the US Navy from 91-94 and is a proud Husband, Father, and Grandfather.
Tony Ropos joined Pro-Master in 2017 as a Foreman and quickly moved to his current position as the Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Operations. Tony is a talented Master Electrician, earning his Associates in Electrical from Central Wyoming College. He enjoys Electrical design, layout, and control. Tonys motto, “It takes a team to win a game”, along with developing a systematic installation process, helped build Pro-Master into one of the best in the business. In the office, Tony is involved in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on Project Management and is proud that Pro-Master has never lost a client we have done business with.
Prior to joining Pro-Master, Tony attended TCCC. After completion, Tony started in the Property Management field working his way up to the corporate level at the publicly traded company he was employed with. Later, Tony became a Project Manager for one of the largest HVAC companies in the Denver Metro area before deciding to move to the Electrical field.
Shelly Holleman brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to her role as Office Manager. Her experience includes construction accounting, property management accounting, predevelopment accounting as well as firsthand field experience. In her role as Office Manager, Shelly handles accounts payable and receivable, processes payroll, handles HR duties and all other day to day tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Shelly is also a licensed apprentice electrician.
Tyler is a licensed Master Electrician with 10 years of experience. Tyler has specialized in heavy commercial and industrial electrical work but is well versed in residential electrical work. Tyler started out in the electrical supply house business when he was in high school and quickly became motivated to learn more about the electrical industry. He started out with a company doing residential and commercial electrical work in the San Marcos area. Tyler was doing anything from wiring houses, service work with the city and counties, utility underground, and projects for Texas State University. When moving back to the area, Tyler became an employee of Pro-Master Electric and worked his way up to foreman. After running numerous projectsand proving himself with his hard work ethic, he was promoted to General Superintendent. Tyler has spent over half of his career with Pro-Master Electric and has enjoyed every minute of it.
Storee Carbone is Licensed Electrical Apprentice with a background in Construction Management with over 15 years of Customer Service experience including de-escalation. Storee currently holds a position at Pro-Master Electric as Safety Coordinator and Project Engineer and helps oversee all projects, start to finish. Storee is OSHA 10 and CPR Certified and coordinates all new on-boarding safety trainings and procedures for the company. Recently promoted from Office Administrator- Storee is still responsible for company scheduling, managing agendas and appointments, creating and updating records, and helps assists colleagues oversee operations across the organization’s office whenever necessary.
